Mary Beverly St. Julien

Lafayette - Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church for Mary Beverly St. Julien, 78, who died Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. The Rev. Michael Sucharski, SVD will be the celebrant of the Mass. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

A native of Scott and a resident of Lafayette, she loved family gatherings and shopping.

She is survived by one daughter, Gail (Dwight) Martin of Carencro; two sons, Paul Douglas (Chris) St. Julien of Carencro and Joseph Alvin St. Julien Jr. of Onalaska, TX; two sisters, Josephine Smith of Fort Worth, TX and Alfred (Clifton) Journet of Lafayette; four brothers, Dudley (Isabella) Reynolds of Carencro, Joseph (Melvina) Reynolds of Breaux Bridge, James (Cecilia) Reynolds, Anthony (Linda) Reynolds and a nephew who was just like a brother, Harold (Veronica) Reynolds, all of Lafayette; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law, Verna Bosset (Ervin), Anna Derouselle, Leona St. Julien and one brother-in-law, Claude St. Julien (Mary), all of Lafayette and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Alvin St. Julien; her parents, Ozemia and Bernadette Reynolds; a sister, Mary Lee Reynolds; a brother, Edward Dallas Reynolds; two infant brothers; mother and father-in-law; one sister-in-law and five brothers-in-law. The family would like to extend a special thanks to all of her doctors, 3rd and 5th floors staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, Hospice of Acadiana, all of our relatives , friends and Suzette Croney for their caring and compassionate service extended to us during our mother’s illness.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 5, 2008 at St. Anthony Catholic Church beginning at 8 a.m. until time of service.
