St. Martinville – Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Albert C. Joseph, 81, who died July 29, 2012 at Lafayette General Medical Center.

Entombment will be Queen of Peace Cemetery.

He is survived by nine children, Clyde Joseph, Sandra Joseph, Karen Joseph, Dedria Bernard and Tiffany Cahee, all of Lafayette, Merle Joseph, Oliver Joseph, Oran Joseph, all of St. Martinville and Barton Joseph of Memphis, TN; one brother, Clicton Joseph, Jr.; five sisters,Mary Ella Joseph, Shirley Thibeaux, Mazle Francis, Novella Fontenette, and Lilly Fay Johns. 21 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita D. Joseph; son, Dexter Joseph; his parents, Agnes and Clifton Joseph, Sr. and his brother, Francis Joseph.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Notre Dame Catholic Church from 7 a.m. until time of service.

A rosary will be recited at 9 a.m.
