Lafayette - Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church for Mary Lee “Myme” Portalis, 67, who died July 3, 2012 at her residence.

Services will be conducted by Fr. Lambert A. Lein, SVD.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

She is survived by three sons, Randy Johnson, John Lee Johnson, Steven Johnson; four daughters, Melinda Roy (Adam, Jr.), Melissa Alex (Anthony), Veronica Felix (Donald), Linda Johnson; five sisters, Barbara Felix, Amelia Portalis, Diana Dural (Johnny), Patricia Mouton, Shirley Breaux; four brothers, McKenzie Portalis, John Portalis, Joseph Collins, Frank Dural and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Portalis; mother, Evelyn H. Portalis; father, Junius Portalis; sister, Barbara Savoy; brothers, June Portalis and Arthur Portalis; great grandmother, Amelia Harris and one aunt, Alberta Landry.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 13, 2012 at Syrie Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
