Lafayette - Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for Mrs. Mary Lewis who left this earth to be with the Savior on June 15, 2012 at the age of 78.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Grace “Helen” Murray, Thelma “Mary” Broussard, Michael (Faye) Arceneaux, a stepson, Menson Menard; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; a very special and loyal friend, Patricia Arceneaux; sister-in-law, Anna Mae Cross and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Lewis; two daughters, Brenda White and Gloria Arceneaux; a grandson, Germaine Broussard; her mother, Elouise Antionette Arceneaux; her father, Henry Arceneaux; her sisters, Mable Skipper and Elouise Bossier; her brothers, Henry Arceneaux Jr. and Albert Arceneaux.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Syrie Funeral Home from 7 a.m. until time of service.
